1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the KKRental website. By using the site or sending us a quote request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Renting equipment from us is governed separately by our Hire Terms, which form part of every rental contract.

2. Quote requests are not bookings

The request form on this site sends us an enquiry. It does not reserve equipment, take payment, or create a contract. We will come back to you with a firm quote, and equipment is only held once we confirm it.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. We may decline any request, and we may ask for proof of identity, insurance, or operator certification before releasing equipment.

3. Prices shown on this site

Catalogue prices and any figure the request form calls indicative are estimates of the rental charge only. They are generated from our published rates for the dates you entered and exclude sales tax, delivery and collection, the damage waiver, fuel and any other charges.

They are not a quote and not an offer. Rates can change, availability can change between your request and our reply, and the figure on your contract is the one that binds. Where an indicative figure and a confirmed quote disagree, the confirmed quote applies.

4. Accuracy of what you tell us

We rely on the details in your request — dates, site, and what the equipment is for — to judge what to send and how to price it. Please make sure they are accurate. Tell us if anything changes.

5. Acceptable use of the site

• Do not submit false, automated, or bulk requests.

• Do not attempt to access areas of the site reserved for staff.

• Do not scrape, copy, or republish our catalogue, photographs or pricing.

• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the site.

6. Content and intellectual property

The site and its content — text, photographs, layout, and marks — belong to KKRental or its licensors, and may not be reproduced without permission. Specifications, weights and photographs are provided in good faith and may vary between individual machines; the unit you receive is identified on your contract.

7. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available and its information current, but we do not guarantee either. The site is provided “as is”, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, including reliance on an indicative price or on availability shown here. Liability connected to an actual hire is dealt with in the Hire Terms.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may link to, or rely on, services we do not control — including our payment processor. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply to them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you send a request is the one that applies to it.
